Three spacious bedrooms at this Barmouth holiday let

Each of the 3 spacious bedrooms is on the ground floor with Super King-sized beds, zip-linked for flexible sleeping arrangements to separate into twin beds if required. The main bedroom is a family suite with extra single bed and optional pull-out bed to sleep 4. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.

Both the other 2 bedrooms give the option of Super King or twin, so please specify your preferred choices on booking. Washing machine and tumble dryer available in the ground floor utility room.

Disabled holiday accommodation available

The ground floor bedrooms and wet room are very handy for guests with reduced mobility, as is the slimline stairlift to take you up the beautiful oak stairway with polished steel banister.

The first floor has a contemporary mainly open-plan layout; ideal for families wanting to spend time together but with the additional benefit of 2 separate lounge areas, each with a cosy gas fire to supplement the efficient heating on cooler evenings.

Smart TVs, Freeview and Netflix

Both areas have Smart TVs, Freeview and Netflix and the smaller also has a cuddle couch with an X-Box One for added entertainment. WiFi is free throughout the property. For old-fashioned family fun board games are also supplied.

The larger area has long comfy settees, ideal for movie time. In addition there is a cosy snug with stylish high-backed chair and a selection of books to lose yourself in.

Fully equipped kitchen for a self catering holiday UK

The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar for informal meals or to chat and share a cuppa (“paned” in Welsh!). There is also a large dining table to seat 8 for formal dining and 3 sets of double doors opening onto the full-length balcony with panoramic sea views beyond the smoked glass screens. Plus with additional table and chairs on the balcony you can also eat out and take advantage of the panoramic views while eating al fresco.

Outside is a private enclosed courtyard with barbecue area (barbecue not supplied).

This is a dog friendly cottage near Snowdonia!

There is a covered area for outdoor equipment such as wetsuits, beach towels etc to dry. Dogs are welcome (a maximum of 2) and there is fencing around the property to keep roving Rovers retained!

Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price although we ask that you bring your own beach and doggy towels etc. There is a dog-wash available on site. A travel cot and high chair can be provided at prior request.

The Barmouth accommodation has parking for up to 3 vehicles

Smoking is permitted in the designated outdoor areas only, but not on the balcony.
 All gas, electricity, water etc is included in the rental price.
 Space is allocated for up to 3 vehicles to park beside the property.

Check-in is from 4pm and we ask that you arrive before 9pm.
